Belinda is a proud mom and “Bobo” (grandmother) who values family above all else.

She began her residential real estate career in 2001 and has remained deeply committed to serving the real estate community ever since. Through her dedication, strong work ethic, and extensive knowledge of the local market, Belinda has become a trusted resource for both local residents and out-of-area buyers seeking guidance in St. Augustine, Florida.

After more than two decades of experience and thoughtful consideration of how she could better serve her clients, Belinda took the next step in her career by opening her own brokerage, BuySell Properties, LLC, in 2026. Her goal is to provide a more personalized, relationship-driven real estate experience built on integrity, transparency, and local expertise.

Belinda has now spent over 25 years building a respected professional reputation and truly enjoys helping people invest in their futures in the nation’s oldest city.
